python-pyface software package provides traits-capable windowing framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-pyface
python-pyface is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-pyface package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pyface *
You will get with python-pyface package name, version, architecture and description in a table
